Refund and Returns Policy

At Borden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from sivto.top. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories attached.
  • The item is not a non-returnable item (see below).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Health and personal care items (e.g., opened cosmetics, intimate apparel)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 615-506-1600. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send your item back to Borden without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may result in delayed processing.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by Borden, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours) at [email protected] or 615-506-1600. Please provide your order number and photographs of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide instructions.
